A minimally invasive treatment sometimes referred to as collagen induction therapy (CIT). It causes hundreds of thousands of controlled micro-injuries to the skin which stimulates the skin’s wound healing process for rejuvenation. At Skin Salvation we only use SkinPen, the first FDA cleared class 2 microneedling device, because it has the only self-contained needle chamber that is disposed between each patient to prevent cross contamination. Microneedling can be used to treat fine lines, skin laxity, acne scars, and pigmentation problems. A series of treatments (3-6 usually recommended) can improve skin texture & quality and even reduce the appearance of pore size. Great for all skin types.

Glycolic Acid Peel
Individualized for your skin type and needs. Glycolic acid is carefully applied to clean skin for a length of time determined by your specific needs. The acid causes the top layers of damaged skin to peel away and new, fresh skin beneath then takes its place over the next few days revealing a more radiant complexion. This peel is great for those with acne or fine lines and wrinkles.

The proper strength peel and length of treatment will be determined after a skin assessment by our clinician. Skin will be gently cleansed, then trichloroacetic acid is skillfully applied to stimulate new cell growth.
